He is the brother of Riddhima Kapoor.His great grandfather was Prithviraj Kapoor, his grandfather was Raj Kapoor, his granduncles are Shashi Kapoor and Shammi Kapoor, his uncles are Randhir Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor and his cousins are Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Nikhil Nanda.
